It was all joy in the Shiloh studio and an awesome time with TeamQGm and some other gospel musicians in Kumasi on the 1st April 2022.Following the release of the’Nkwagye”song originally composed by Ps.Kwame Amponsah and rearranged by Quame Gyedu and a surprise birthday party for Quame Gyedu.
During the moments of celebration the original composer Ps Kwame Amponsah phone in to congratulate Quame Gyedu for making his song “Nkwagye”a grandstyle in his own way.
He expressed his loved for the rearrangement of his song by Quame Gyedu as a new rendition of “Nkwagye”and assured him of his support and encouraged him to continue the baton even though he’s (Ps. Kwame Amponsah) not done yet .He said ” even though the song was given to me by Christ Jesus, it’s for all of us, do whatever you want to do with the song. ” And he prayed for him and assured him again of his support. 1st April 2022 was not April fool but April proof as the song says ” Nkwagye wɔ wo mu” ( there’s salvation in Christ Jesus).
Ps. Kwame Amponsah is Ghanaian based musician who lives in United Kingdom. He is Pastor, songwriter and full time musician. He has so many songs written by him and the most popular one you may know him of is “Nkwagye “(salvation).
