Founder and head Pastor of Caanan Christian Assembly, Pastor Kojo Odame has extended a hand of Charity to inhabitants of Obuom Domeabra as Christians all over the world commemorate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
With the objective of touching lives with educational and technical support as well as providing for the less privileged in society, the Kojo Odame Mission (Charity Foundation) has won the hearts of many in the Obuom Domeabra village. Pastor Kojo Odame together with some members of the Caanan Christian Assembly donated food items, packs of water, drinks etc. to the nurses of the Obuom village.
‘’ We have a mandate to reach out to the less privileged in society, I believe the essence of life is not in the length of years one will live on earth but rather the legacy and impact made in the lives of others. Together with my church, we are concerned about the well-being of others hence this is not the first of its kind, we will continue to extend a hand of charity to communities, villages, orphanage homes and other less deprived areas. We pray for more resources and divine strength to keep up with this act of kindness’’ – Pastor Kojo Odame said.
Few days after the outreach to Obuom domeabra village, Pastor Kojo Odame gifted a Nissan Pathfinder to His associate Pastor Samuel Antwi on Easter Sunday. ‘’As today being Easter Sunday, He has shown that he is a great leader and a good man of God’’ – Pastor Kojo Odame told the congregants of Caanan Christisn Assembly. His associate pastor on the other hand, appreciated the wonderful gift and openly declared that, it is a life changing experience and an encounter to have crossed paths with Pastor Kojo Odame.
The Caanan Christian Assembly church is opened for church gatherings on week days and Sunday morning service.
