WOMEN IN WORSHIP TURNS 10 WITH A DECADE OF GRACE AND 10 POWERFUL GOSPEL VOICES

After ten years of worship, impact and unforgettable encounters, Women in Worship is set to mark its 10th anniversary with a grand thanksgiving experience themed “A Decade of Grace: Our Thanksgiving Offering.” The celebration comes off on Sunday, 27 September 2026, at the Sports Complex, opposite the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, Accra, and is FREE and open to the public. To mark the milestone, 10 gospel artistes and worship voices will take the stage, bringing together a powerful blend of generations, sounds and worship expressions. The announced lineup includes Naomi Raine, Tagoe Sisters, Piesie Esther, Mercy Chinwo, Judikay, Celestine Donkor, Empress Gifty, Akua Sewaa Bonsu and Sarah Appiah, with the 10th artiste to complete the anniversary lineup. But Women in Worship is much more than a concert. Over the years, the platform has deliberately connected worship with purpose and social impact. During the COVID-19 era, it celebrated and honoured 10 gospel music legends, giving them a special experience that included makeovers, hotel accommodation, gifts and appreciation for their contribution to the gospel music landscape. Its CSR efforts have also championed cervical cancer awareness and support, including assistance to women receiving treatment at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, support towards medical bills, and screening and awareness campaigns in churches and marketplaces. Now, after a decade, the altar becomes a place of thanksgiving. 10 years. 10 voices. One faithful God. Countless testimonies.
